We're committed to transparency and fairness. This policy outlines how we handle refund requests for our financial education services.

At cadenovariqo, we want you to feel confident about your investment in financial education. We've built this policy to balance fairness with the reality of delivering digital education services.

Most refund requests come down to timing and circumstances. We try to be reasonable, but there are limits to what we can offer once you've started accessing course materials.

Who Qualifies for a Refund

Not every situation qualifies, but we've tried to cover the common scenarios where refunds make sense. Here's what typically works:

Early Withdrawal

Request submitted within 14 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 20% of course materials.

Technical Issues

Significant platform problems that we couldn't resolve within a reasonable timeframe.

Course Cancellation

We cancel or discontinue a course before you've completed it through no fault of your own.

Important Note

Refunds aren't available after 30 days from enrollment, regardless of circumstances. We also can't process refunds if you've completed more than 50% of a course or downloaded certification materials.

How to Request a Refund

The process is straightforward. We don't make you jump through hoops, but we do need certain information to process your request properly.

Submit Your Request

Email us at info@cadenovariqo.com with your enrollment details, course name, and reason for the refund. Include your original payment receipt if possible.

We Review Your Case

Our team typically responds within 3 business days. We'll check your account activity, enrollment date, and whether your situation fits our refund criteria.

Decision & Processing

If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. You'll receive confirmation via email once the refund is initiated.

Account Closure

Your access to the course materials will be removed once the refund is processed. Any downloaded materials should be deleted per our terms of service.

Different Refund Scenarios

We've seen all sorts of situations over the years. Here's how we handle the most common ones:

Full Refund (100%)

Within 7 days of enrollment with minimal course access (less than 10% of materials). Technical failures on our end that prevent course access for more than 72 hours.

Partial Refund (50%)

Between 8-14 days with moderate course access (10-25% of materials). You can demonstrate the course content significantly differs from what was advertised.

Pro-Rated Refund

For subscription-based programs, we calculate based on unused months if you cancel mid-term. This only applies to programmes longer than 6 months.

Credit or Transfer

Sometimes a refund isn't the best solution. We may offer credit towards another course or the option to transfer to a different programme starting later in 2025.

What We Can't Refund

There are some situations where refunds just don't make sense. It's not about being difficult—it's about being fair to everyone.

  • Requests made more than 30 days after initial enrollment, regardless of reason
  • Courses where you've already received and downloaded certification materials
  • Personal circumstances like change of mind, time constraints, or career changes
  • Promotional or heavily discounted courses purchased during special sales (stated at purchase)
  • Corporate or group enrollments processed through third-party arrangements
  • Supplementary materials, books, or resources purchased separately from the main course

Payment Methods & Processing Times

How quickly you see your money back depends on how you paid. Banking systems have their own timelines that we can't really control.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days after approval, may take an additional 2-5 days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 5-7 business days, funds typically available immediately once processed
  • Bank Transfer: 10-14 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule
  • Corporate Invoices: 14-21 business days, processed through accounts payable departments

If you haven't seen the refund after the expected timeframe, check with your bank first. Sometimes delays happen on their end, and we can provide transaction reference numbers if needed.

Special Circumstances

Life happens. We get it. Medical emergencies, family situations, unexpected job losses—these things are real and we try to be understanding when we can.

While we can't guarantee refunds outside our standard policy, we do review exceptional cases individually. If you're facing genuine hardship, reach out and explain your situation. We might be able to arrange a pause on your enrollment, transfer to a later cohort, or work out something else that helps.

Documentation helps. If you're requesting consideration for medical reasons or similar circumstances, supporting documentation makes it easier for us to advocate for flexibility on your behalf.
